Training is held at Washingborough playing fields every Thursday night between 6.30-8pm (we train in the summer but not in the other school holidays). We welcome anybody who is female and over the age of 14 to come and join us. All abilities and fitness levels are welcome as the focus is on building skills and fitness but more importantly having fun! We also offer the opportunity to join one of our teams that are in the Lincoln Netball league. The matches are held at Yarborough on Tuesday nights for different abilities. Coming to training does not mean you have to join a team so there is no pressure!

Our coach, Rachel Henderson, is a qualified to UKCC level 2 (working towards levels 3). She has been coaching netball for 12 years and is the head coach for the British College National Squad as well as being the assistant director for the Lincoln College Netball Academy.

All you need for training is some good footwear (trainers or astroturf), comfortable clothing (tracksuit) and your sense of humour! Please use the "contact us" page if you are interested. One of us will be in touch to give you more details about the club and training fees.
